Sterling Centennial Auditorium Lighting System Upgrade

The following pictures are of a $100,000+ lighting system upgrade that I did. I consulted, designed and installed the entire project. The project came in $8,000 under budget. The system included a new dimmer rack control, a dmx distribution center, a non-dim power distribution panel, moving lights and lighting console upgrade. The moving lights consist of 8 - Elation 15r pro spots. The lighting console was upgraded from a ETC Express 48/96 to a ETC ION. All new dmx distribution was run throughout the theatre, due to not having dmx distribution to begin with. Dmx ports are 5pin Pathway Connectivity receptacles, with a Doug Fleenor Design roto-router, as the main dmx opto splitter/router. Power distribution is a 150 Amp 3 phase Lyntec Load Center. This was used so non-dim power distribution could be turned on and off remotely via a canal switch. A new control by Johnson Systems INC. was installed, to replace aging Strand CD80SV control parts on dimmer racks. Lastly, I programmed the system for the 2013 summer show and have since trained personal on how to operate and program the system.
